The workshop “Unmask your potential” was WONDERFUL! You have a gift for enabling people to dive into their internal barriers, throw them open, and permit powerful self-worth to rise to where it serves them well, with caring, meditative & soothing freshness. Thank you.

Nadja gave me an opportunity when few would have straight out of University – she gave me the start at the organization where I wanted to work since I was young, and I will never truly be able to repay her for this opportunity. From my very first day at work, she’s made me feel at home, making sure that I feel part of the team and as nothing less than a colleague and friend, despite my age and position. Her trust and support has allowed me to progress and develop quickly professionally, assume responsibility for tasks seemingly out of my depth, and make my mark within the organization. While I wasn’t sure what to expect in the very beginning, now, after working together for two years, it is clear that Nadja’s had an immense and direct impact on my professional career. Her nurturing and compassionate approach to her colleagues, always looking to reaffirm their human and professional value, and the constructive criticism she provides based on her extensive experience and insights, have been the hallmark of her professional and personal interactions. I’m very grateful for having been able to learn from and grow together with Nadja for the past 2 years, and I’m sure that I have not only gained an exceptional colleague, but a friend.

The way I met Nadja already tells a lot about her qualities. I had checked her LinkedIn profile, not daring to send a request. She did though, she had the right intuition. I needed a mentor, somebody to give me confidence and to show me the doors I could open. I have had this luxury for a year now, to know I could always reach out for questions or even just to share my experiences and get thoughtful insights about society, the workplace and myself. Nadja, thank you so much!

Nadja has been an extraordinary colleague, mentor and most of all friend. She helped me navigate through the toughest moments of my personal life and professional career, where I was questioning a lot of certainties and pillars of my life. She listened without judging, offered critical advice, and coached me through the challenging journey conveying her energy, passion and courage. She is somebody that does not stop in front of difficulties and negative judgement from others, and I strongly admire her willingness to just look ahead and find the positive in everything. She is definitely a role model for many women at NATO and beyond.

While Nadja is not part of my staff, she has been exceptional in helping ensure that gender diversity and implementing gender perspectives becomes mainstream within NATO. She is a passionate individual with a clear vision and strong desire to help others. Nadja is an outstanding role model for other young female professionals who need the confidence boost to pursue their career ambitions in a male-dominated security environment.

It has been a real privilege to be coached by Nadja. The coaching sessions over the past few months have helped me break down barriers, transform limiting beliefs and strengthen my courage and self-esteem. I feel more and more free every day, and I truly believe that the sky has no limit. Nadja is one of the most professional and kind coaches I have worked with. I highly recommend Nadja if tapping into your full potential is what you are looking for.

Nadja El Fertasi has been my coach since February and has helped me tremendously navigate through a series of challenges/changes in my life. I first met Nadja at a NATO conference and immediately felt connected to her. She has this incredible ability to inspire confidence and trust, listen and empower you. Speaking to her is easy and soothing at the same time.
After we met again in February, Nadja kindly proposed to coach me. I was in the process of trying to find a new job and sitting a few interviews and feeling very stressed out. I did not know where my career was taking me and felt a little overwhelmed. What Nadja did was to help me understand what my core strengths were and what type of person I was, for me to release my full potential and be happy. Her methods were carefully designed and professional. She sent me a full report after each of our sessions which contained a wealth of information and tips.
Throughout my 6-month journey with Nadja, I have learnt a huge amount: what my inner strengths are, how to feel empowered and how to change my perspective on life and its little hiccups! Nadja has huge potential and an inner gift to sense and understand people’s emotions and strengths. I cannot recommend her enough.

Nadja was a student in my coaching and emotional intelligence training. Post-class we collaborated on several projects in the field of business coaching, identifying signature strengths, and emotional intelligence. Once in a while, you get a student who has that extra edge, talent, and willingness to put in the effort to evolve as a coach. As a result, Nadja has achieved mastery in coaching. Smart, intuitive, emotionally intelligent is the way I would qualify her coaching style. She has a unique, passionate, and compassionate depth to her which shines through in her work. This made her an exceptional student. Who made a significant impact on the students who did the class with her. She has the unique talent to read in between the lines of someones thought processes, their emotions, and the way they communicate. She is sensing what is going on beneath the surface. To create a path forward for her clients. She has an exceptional ability to design coaching techniques and processes, specific to her clients’ needs.

I met Nadja on a yoga retreat in Italy this summer and we hit it off right away. Her warm, inviting energy drew me to her right away and I felt like we had known each other for a long time. In our meeting, we went over character strengths, had a Inner Child card reading to see what is going on in my life to bring awareness towards healing the child within, releasing old blocks and awakening potential for growth. We then had a powerful session of me visualizing my dream, with Nadja standing beside me, of how I would create a healing center for women offering yoga and somatic healing. With her guidance I was able to visualize the way I wanted it to look as a space including the small details, how it would feel to women coming into it and what possibilities I could offer there including healing retreats. We established a timeline goals, of what/when/how, in making this come to fruition including ongoing training, personal healing work and the practicalities of establishing a web presence, funding etc.
What was so powerful was the realization that I actually want to create a “center”, until that point I had not formulated that particular plan. I was brought to tears at how real and tangible visualizing it was. I now have the “bones” of what I want to make happen and Nadja has given me the tools to flesh out the body of my life goals. I intend to keep working with Nadja and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is seeking clarity personally or professionally.

Can’t recommend Nadja enough. She’s a wonderful person and someone you immediately feel comfortable with. No judgement, just a lot of empathy and the ability to recognise your potential from the very beginning. No matter your background, I’m sure you will greatly benefit from her coaching. Go for it!

As the Cofounder of Peduli Anak Foundation, I had the opportunity to host and work with Nadja for 2 weeks in Peduli Anak, Lombok.
During her short stay she worked closely with our teenagers, helping them to visualize their dreams and working one-on-one to set up their goals and overcome their fears. Nadja also organized an emotional intelligence workshop for our teachers.
She is a brilliant and passionate coach with exceptional talent in writing and words of wisdom. Her love for children and eagerness to help others clearly permeates through her words and actions. Thank you and hope to see you again in Peduli Anak!

The last two weeks of Augustus we had to honour of having Nadja El Fertasi at our foundation Sjaki-Tari-Us in Lodtunduh Bali. She was here with her son Adam to help at our school for special needs children and adults.
Nadja and her son had a very good energy and where directly accepted by our children and teenagers and team of teachers. With their motivation and love for our project Nadja was able to help us in many ways. With her beautiful words she wrote profiles about some of our children to honour them and show them to the world.
She used her strengths in emotional intelligence to empower our teachers and show them how to handle certain situations at work. It was really helpful that you where with us Nadja and from all the Sjaki Tari Us team we thank you and Adam for your presence and help.
As headmaster of the Sjaki Tari Us school in Lodtunduh I thank you also personal for your guidance and advice, you are a beautiful person and keep doing what you are doing!
