Your life is so much more than work and life alone. Your life exists in several areas that are important to YOU. If you often feel negative emotions, you are likely unsatisfied in one or more areas of your life.
This can relate to your fulfillment in your physical or personal environment, your health, your money, your career, your romance/significant other, your family & friends, your personal growth and your levels of fun & recreation. We will discuss each one and rate them on a scale from 1-10. This will give you a one-stop overview of where you currently stand in life and where you would like to be.
Research shows that if you manage to keep a ration of about 80% positive emotions with 20% negative emotions, you will be much happier in life. Negative emotions also help you navigate life and focus your energy on what you do want.
Together we will identify the culprits of what’s draining your energy and boost your positive energy there where it is needed the most!

Know your Core Values
Knowing yourself starts with being clear on what your core values are in life. Your core values are those personal beliefs that are close to your heart.
When you live a life aligned with your values, you will feel fulfilled and happier as you are aligned with what is important to you in life.
Often though, people don’t know what their core values are or they inherited a set of beliefs from other people and think that those are their own personal values. They are not.
For example, you may believe trust is important to you in any of your relationship. In reality, you are likely to value safety, authenticity and freedom to be yourself.
I use a specific coaching technique where we will uncover your core values and dive deeper into what is important to you.
Once we have identified your Top Five core values, you can start living all areas of your life aligned to what is truly important to you.
EQ-I 2.0 Leadership Survey
We become better leaders, create more effective teams, and build better relationships and have better communication by first becoming aware of our own emotional intelligence skills as measured by the EQ-i 2.0 and/or the EQ 360.
The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual.
The EQ-i 2.0 provides a picture of the individuals EQ Toolbox e.g. their areas of strength and potential areas for development. There are many ways to develop your EQ competencies. The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete. Once completed, I will receive both individual and group reports, each providing scores in 15 competencies, grouped into five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.
Assessment of your emotional quotient, or EQ, is not an end in itself. It’s a means to an end. The EQ-i 2.0 gives you information about your EQ competencies so you can best decide your next steps to boost your personal leadership and increase your career success.
